The per-claim limit of liability (payout) is determined by the enrolled plan.
The per-claim limit will be the lesser of:
the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of the vehicle at the time of the claim (prior to the breakdown)
OR
the listed amount for the enrolled plan.
Essential Plan: $15,000 per claim
Pro Plan: $20,000 per claim
Elite Plan: $30,000 per claim
