How do I know if a Service Center is “certified”?
Updated over a week ago
  1. OEM dealerships are “automatically certified” and are not required to provide certifications or business licenses.

  2. If the facility is not an OEM dealership and is independently owned/operated it must meet these requirements:

    • The Service Center must be open to the public with certified mechanics.

    • Must have up-to-date business licenses.

    • Must have certified mechanics- Certifications may be Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), 310T red seal (Canada), or manufacturer-recognized certification.

Independent facilities may need to submit documentation at the time of a claim. If there is an independent facility that you use regularly, it would expedite the process to submit this information in advance to TruckClub™ for review and approval.
