Submitting a TruckProtect Pre-Purchase Agreement

This article explains the requirements and steps for submitting a new TruckProtect Pre-purchase Agreement.

2. Enter the email address that you used to sign up.

3. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.

For Resellers: use the email that was listed on your Reseller Agreement.

4. Click on "Submit New Agreement" on your dashboard, or "New TruckProtect Agreement" on the left navigation panel.

5. Click on First Name

Enter the customers first name

Enter the customers last name

7. Click on button "existing TruckClub Member"

Select the appropriate choice from the dropdown menu

8. Click on Company Name (optional)

Enter the company name of the customer (if applicable)

9. Click on Mobile Phone Number

Enter the best mobile contact number for the customer.

10. Click on Email Address

Enter the best email address for the customer.

IMPORTANT: this is the email address where they will receive an email to sign their TruckProtect Agreement after this form is "submitted".

Enter the physical mailing address street for the customer.

Enter the physical mailing address city for the customer.

Select the physical mailing address state for the customer.

Enter the physical mailing address postal code for the customer.

17. Click on VIN

Enter the full 17-digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for the vehicle.

Enter the model Year for the vehicle

21. Click on Current Odometer Reading

Enter the current odometer as displayed on the vehicle's dash.

Note: use numbers only.

Select the appropriate unit of measure from the drop down.

Enter the make of the engine

Enter the engine serial number exactly as it appears on the engine placard.

Enter the Model of the engine.

Select the appropriate answer from the dropdown.

Important: This is important in the unfortunate event that the vehicle becomes a total loss.

Enter the first name of the agent submitting and signing the agreement on behalf of the reseller.

Enter the last name of the agent submitting and signing the agreement on behalf of the reseller.

Enter the email address of the agent submitting and signing the agreement on behalf of the reseller.

IMPORTANT: this is the email address where the reseller will receive an email to sign the TruckProtect Agreement after this form is "submitted".

Optional - for the reseller to populate their Purchase Order Number if necessary

44. Select the appropriate answer for Driver

If the customer is not also the driver of the vehicle it is important to capture this information so that TruckClub can communicate with the driver in the event of a claim.

If the customer is the driver select "yes". No further information is necessary.

51. Upload Odometer Photo (Required)

Click browse or drag and drop the photo into the box.

*The photo should be a current clear photo of the vehicle's dash showing the current mileage reading.

52. Upload VIN Placard photo (Required)

Click browse or drag and drop the photo into the box.

*The photo should be a current clear photo of the vehicle's VIN placard. This plaque is usually locked in the drivers door jam.

*The photo should be a current clear photo of the vehicle's engine plaque showing the engine serial number.

Optional Supporting Documents

54. Upload pre-sale maintenance records (Optional)

Pre-sale maintenance would include any maintenance or cleaning that was completed on the unit before the sale. This may have been completed by the seller or prior owner.

Pre-sale repairs are any repairs (not maintenance like an oil change) completed by the seller to bring the vehicle back to working condition.

56. Upload pre-sale evaluation or diagnostic reports (Optional)

Pre-sale evaluation/diagnostic reports are any reports or diagnostics completed by the seller to ensure that the vehicle is in proper working condition. These reports could be things like ECM history, ECM codes, Blow-by readings or dyno results.

57. Upload Bill of Sale (Optional)

This allows the customer to store the bill of sale with other important documentation for their vehicle.

Submit

  • Ensure that all information provided is accurate

  • Once the reseller clicks submit both the reseller and customer must sign the agreements.

The Reseller must log into the email associated with the email address that was populated in step 42.

60. Locate & Open Email from TruckClub

The Reseller should have received an email from PandaDoc software TruckClub agreements.

62. Click "Actions" & choose "Sign in person".

63. Confirm Identity & Select Start Signing

Please note: the reseller will need to sign 2x. Once for the "Pre-purchase agreement" and Once for the "TruckProtect Agreement".

The Customer should have received an email from PandaDoc software TruckClub agreements.

TruckClub Processing

The agreement has now been submitted to TruckClub for processing. The Reseller can review the progress of the agreement from the portal. Once processed by TruckClub an invoice will be uploaded into the Resellers portal for payment.
