2. Enter the email address that you used to sign up.
3. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.
For Resellers: use the email that was listed on your Reseller Agreement.

4. Click on "Submit New Agreement" on your dashboard, or "New TruckProtect Agreement" on the left navigation panel.
Member Information

Enter the current odometer as displayed on the vehicle's dash.

Enter the engine serial number exactly as it appears on the engine placard.

If the customer is not the driver select "no".

51. Upload Odometer Photo (Required)
Click browse or drag and drop the photo into the box.
*The photo should be a current clear photo of the vehicle's dash showing the current mileage reading.
52. Upload VIN Placard photo (Required)
Click browse or drag and drop the photo into the box.
*The photo should be a current clear photo of the vehicle's VIN placard. This plaque is usually locked in the drivers door jam.
53. Upload Engine Placard Photo (Required)
Click browse or drag and drop the photo into the box.
*The photo should be a current clear photo of the vehicle's engine plaque showing the engine serial number.
Optional Supporting Documents
54. Upload pre-sale maintenance records (Optional)
Pre-sale maintenance would include any maintenance or cleaning that was completed on the unit before the sale. This may have been completed by the seller or prior owner.
55. Upload pre-sale repair records (Optional)
Pre-sale repairs are any repairs (not maintenance like an oil change) completed by the seller to bring the vehicle back to working condition.
56. Upload pre-sale evaluation or diagnostic reports (Optional)
Pre-sale evaluation/diagnostic reports are any reports or diagnostics completed by the seller to ensure that the vehicle is in proper working condition. These reports could be things like ECM history, ECM codes, Blow-by readings or dyno results.
57. Upload Bill of Sale (Optional)
This allows the customer to store the bill of sale with other important documentation for their vehicle.

Ensure that all information provided is accurate
Once the reseller clicks submit both the reseller and customer must sign the agreements.

The Reseller must log into the email associated with the email address that was populated in step 42.
60. Locate & Open Email from TruckClub
The Reseller should have received an email from PandaDoc software TruckClub agreements.
61. Select "Open the Document"
62. Click "Actions" & choose "Sign in person".
63. Confirm Identity & Select Start Signing
64. Select "Start" in the top
65. Populate the "required" signature fields
Please note: the reseller will need to sign 2x. Once for the "Pre-purchase agreement" and Once for the "TruckProtect Agreement".

TruckClub Processing
The agreement has now been submitted to TruckClub for processing. The Reseller can review the progress of the agreement from the portal. Once processed by TruckClub an invoice will be uploaded into the Resellers portal for payment.
